While SWHCOA does not offer field events ourselves, Silken Windhounds may compete in a variety of different racing and coursing events. Links to the following performance clubs’ upcoming event calendars are provided below:

Racing

• The Large Gazehound Racing Association (LGRA) provides a straight racing event calendar.
• The National Oval Track Racing Association (NOTRA) provides a race dates page.

Coursing

• The American Sighthound Field Association (ASFA) provides a lure coursing field trial schedule.
• AKC Lure Coursing, Coursing Ability Test (CATS), and FastCat events can be searched here on the AKC Event Search & Results tool.
• The United Kennel Club (UKC) provides event calendars for UKC lure coursing, which includes both sighthound-only lure coursing and all-breed coursing aptitude tests, as well as UKC Precision Coursing.

Dash

• International Silken Windhound Society (ISWS) Fast Dash events are held at certain ISWS shows; please see the ISWS Upcoming Events page for more information.
